The house layout is nice. Undoubtedly needs some paint, repairing up in some places and new home furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no complaints about the home. We liked the price of this house and didn’t count on a whole ton. Ken Posted: four/27/2024
The sights and beach was absolutely beautiful. The walk into the beach is what I loved the most. The house by itself is not really in good shape. It is actually outdated and very out-of-date. The furniture wasn't comfortable in any respect and not good with small kids because of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need to be thrown out and new ones brought in. You can feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you had two king beds that was nice.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right to the beach. We really loved our stay. The residence needs some improvements and upgrades.
From the outside, the property looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks in the neighboring properties, they would be well from our price array. The inside photos were being accurate and everything worked fine.
We had a terrific time! Amethyst Dunes was the best little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location around the beach was well worth it!
